Refund policy

We have a 5 day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a exchange , the exchange must be for the (same product ) and be exchanged for a different colour or size depending on stock availability.

To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your Exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All items cannot be returned, and 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Stolen Packages

We do not offer refunds for packages that are reported as stolen once they have been marked as delivered. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout. Please verify the accuracy of your shipping addressbefore completing your purchase, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we suggest checking with your local carrier, neighbors, or any household members who may have received it on your behalf. For further assistance, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help.
